The narrow design of the house has been developed based on a combination of strict planning regulations and concept for plans. The plans and spatial sequences strings around a central "box" containing bathrooms and kitchen. Height regulations in the area provoked split levels with stairs on both sides of central box, ending in a roof terrace to the west. The levels create natural dividing of spaces and reduce the need of internal walls.

The footprint of totally 72 m2 including parking space, is the maximum of allowed building expansion on the site. This claims efficient and compact solutions. This is reflected in the plans and concept for parking. The parking space is integrated in the building through a car lift. This enables parking of two cars, allocated on two levels.
